What will I receive as part of the Piattini Wine Cafe franchise system?
You will have training at a designated corporate location for up to four weeks. You will also receive opening help at your own location, for up to seven days. You will have access to all Piattini Wine Cafe trademark, approved suppliers, and our exclusive products, recipes, and operational tools. And, we'll provide you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business effectively.

What type of prior experience do I need to have?
You do not necessarily need to have previous experience in the restaurant industry, but customer service and business and staff management skills are important. Regardless of your skills or background, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own Piattini Wine Cafe.

How much will the Piattini Wine Cafe franchise investment cost me?
The estimated required investment ranges from $394,000 to $625,000. As with any new business venture, it’s important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business.

Are there ongoing fees paid to the franchisor?
Franchisees will be required to pay a royalty equal to 6% of its gross revenues. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of new recipes, products, procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.

Are there any advertising fees?
Franchisees will be required to spend at least 1% of revenues each month on local marketing. Franchisees may also be required to contribute up to 3% of its gross revenues toward a system marketing fund. Funds are used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Piattini Wine Cafe brand and fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials.

Is financing available?
No, we do not offer direct financing to franchisees. We may be able to provide references to qualified financing or lending agencies, on a case-by-case basis.

What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of your Piattini Wine Cafe franchise agreement is ten years, with two subsequent renewal options of five years each.
